Although plenty of inbound leads and inquiries were received regularly, only a few were being converted into won deals. A constant struggle existed between the sales and marketing teams blaming each other for wasting deals. While the company used to rely on inbound business, top management has clearly witnessed the gradual loss of market share to competitors.
Scope of Work
HEED helped Morgan Int’l. in revamping their Sales Model in order to better reach out to their customers by:
- Redesigning the job role of each of the indoor salespeople.
- Hiring sales admins to aid the sales people in the long process for each new registered client.
- Building and designing a new direct sales department specialized in targeting big corporates.
Impact on Revenue
There was an overall of 17% average increase in sales across all 11 cities that were within the project scope, in addition to reaching out to new target customers and reducing discount margins.
